«Este veneno arruina y se lleva demasiadas vidas. Esto es algo increíblemente peligroso», advirtió el administrador de la DEA, Chuck Rosenberg, que, para esta operación, contó con la ayuda de la Oficina de Inmigración y Aduanas (ICE), la Oficina de Investigaciones del Departamento de Seguridad Nacional (HSI) y la Oficina de Aduanas y Protección Fronteriza (CBP).
